Course Description

Prepares students for the State of Hawaii Commercial Driver Class A, as well as S (School Bus) and/or P (Passenger Vehicle) endorsements license tests. The Commercial Driver’s License training consists of the ability to confirm knowledge and skill sets required to demonstrate written or physical comprehension needed to obtain a State of Hawaii commercial driver’s license through multiple facets of quizzes, simulator, course and behind the wheel functions.

Prerequisites

1. Employed at local transportation company. 2. Meet CDL health requirements. 3. Participant and participant employer must complete and sign Vehicle Use Agreement Form and include the appropriate copies of vehicle documentation requested.
