Course Description

One way to brighten up your weekly menu is to include a variety of cuisines with differing spices, herbs and serving styles. Fortuna has spent years cooking for family, friends, customers and guests and has a few winning recipes for you to work into your rotation. She will teach you how to make New Orleans style barbeque shrimp, a quick chicken cashew curry, and Tex-Mex style carne asada tacos and she will demonstrate how to cook a Provençal roasted chicken and tomatoes,. 

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and cooking techniques to produce home style dishes.
