Course Description

For Alyssa, one of the great pleasures of being a chef is experimenting with all of the wonderful flavors of cuisines from around the world in her dishes. Simple vegetables can really shine when paired with bold flavors. In this class, you will make Korean style sautéed tofu on chop chae noodles, a Moroccan kabocha stew with minted pistachio quinoa, and Indian style cashew cauliflower korma with lemon rice. Come and enjoy!

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and cooking techniques to produce home style dishes.
