Course Description

If you want to live healthier, a good way is to try to keep your energy constant throughout the day so you don't get highs and lows- leading to reaching for sugar bombs and energy drunks. Alyssa makes great healthy snacks. As a private chef specializing in healthy foods, she has lots of experience making tasty things that are really nutritious. We'll start with Alyssa's great flax energy bars, try her wonderful black bean cookies, oat "cakes" in muffin tins, and Alyssa will show you how to make rich date nut truffle balls. Every bite full of nutritious goodness!
