Course Description

Do you need 1-on-1 help as you get started on your weight training journey or do you need that extra push and accountability to reach your next fitness goal? We will focus on setting and striving towards your fitness and wellness goals. 

Learner Outcomes

Prerequisites

Participants must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire, and are required to bring: Athletic wear, sneakers, water, towel, exercise mat and hand weights (Up to 5lbs). Trainer will provide other essential fitness equipment.
