Course Description

Math Bootcamp is a 2 week experience designed to help all students placing below 100-level math students brush up and re-take the COMPASS in order to achieve the highest approproate math placement. Kahikoluamea and JiT collaborate to provide instructional support, peer tutors, and math coaching, in a fun, math positive environment and using the EdReady personalized study path to fill in knowledge gaps.

Course Outline

NSO Part 1 or 2, after students have taken COMPASS, they will be registered into the next highest math course and signed up for bootcamp. If they fail to complete bootcamp, or do not progress to the next course, their registration is changed back. 

Students are signed up for a session and a time-period. When they finish 20 hours in EdReady, they go retake COMPASS.
