Fortuna Arai is a local personal chef with over 20 years experience, who specializes in good cooking for clients who want to eat good, hearty and healthy food. 

Course Outline

One thing many of you have requested over the years is a class that answers the question: “what do I do with my leftovers?” It’s an everyday problem. With her years of experience, Fortuna is skilled at creating refrigerating clearing dishes that are also palate pleasers. So for this class, she’s going to teach you how to use some fundamental techniques to whip up whatever’s in your pantry into a wonderful meal. Using random ingredients, she’ll work with you to improvise a full meal that includes, a salad, a soup, and an entrée. And time permitting, a quick dessert

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and cooking techniques to produce home style dishes.
