Course Description

Businesses can not survive without excellent customer service. In this four hour course students will learn to welcome customers, communicate positively, listen, answer customer questions and anticipate their needs. Students will also get great, proven tips on service recovery.

Learner Outcomes

Students will:

  • Obtain tools to help them make customers feel welcome and special
  • Enhance their ability to communicate in a positive way with customers
  • Gain an understanding of the importance of problem solving and service recover to customers
