Course Description

Fortuna Cooley is a local personal chef with over 20 years’ experience, who specializes in good cooking for clients who want to eat good, hearty, and healthy comfort food. She spent years working at spas and restaurants in Arizona, Mexico, and California. Chef Fortuna’s love of cooking comes from her Italian grandmother, who taught her to serve food that makes people smile. 

Course Outline

Tired of baloney sandwiches, pb&j, instant ramen, and fast food? Want a lunch that will make your taste buds sing, and your co-workers green with envy? Well, Chef Fortuna has a few awesome recipes that require just a little effort, but pay off big time in deliciousness. You'll be wanting to make them again and again. We'll start with boldly favored, hearty, and healthy chipotle pork and avocado wraps, then make a steak sandwich with red onion jam, and finally, something for adults and kids alike, Southwest crispy chicken sliders.
