Fortuna Colley is a local personal chef with over 20 years' experience, who specializes in good cooking for clients who want to eat good, hearty, and healthy food. 

Course Outline

Cooking seasonally is always a good idea. Ingredients will be at their peak, so they'll be more flavorful, nutritious, and cheaper. Spring is all about freshness-fresh vegetables, simply prepared, with enough meat to add flavor. Fortuna will teach you how to make a strawberry watercress salad, spring vegetable pad thai with shrimp, salmon and asparagus pasta with bacon, and a spinach and artichoke galette

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and cooking techniques to produce home style dishes.
