Course Description

This course is an introduction to Foot Reflexology. Students will learn the historical perspectives of this massage technique and also learn various techniques to work over 50 different reflex points on the body. Includes ample hands-on practice and competency testing.

Learner Outcomes

  • Summarize and discuss the theory and historical perspectives of Foot Reflexology.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and location of reflex points as it corresponds with the body.
  • Explain and identify proper techniques used to work all reflex points and other related areas of feet.
  • Demonstrate competence in providing a one hour Foot Reflexology session.
