Course Description

This training with organic farmer Gerry Ross introduces participants to the fundamental practices of building living, healthy soil to nutritious organic vegetables and fruits in a tropical setting. Sunday classes are off-site at Kupa`a Farm (directions will be provided in class).

SCHEDULE CHANGE: The first Sunday class will now be on JANUARY 28, with 2 addtl Sunday classes on FEB 4 and 11. NO CLASS ON FEB 18.
