ENR3055 - Cooking Camp for Kids!
Course Description
Lots of kids are really into cooking as their hobby. Some dream of becoming chefs one day. Well, KCC Culinary Arts alumnus Brandon Hanagami is here to get them started. Chef Brandon will teach a four-day culinary summer camp for kids aged 10-12. She’ll teach them to make dishes and meals that are practical, healthy, and delicious.
Learner Outcomes
Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and cooking techniques to produce home style dishes.Notes
