Course Description

Know a kid between the ages of 8 and 12 years old who loves to bake? Then send them to this four-day baking series with KCC Chef Instructor Tiffanie Masutani. They will come home with special treats each day. 

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and baking techniques to produce home style baked goods.

Notes

As a safety precaution, participants in all culinary classes are required to wear covered, non-slip shoes (e.g., athletic shoes) and comfortable long pants.  Aprons or any other personal items may also be brought to class.   The college will not be held responsible if such items are lost or stolen.
Waiver releases will be required.  Students should bring their own covered water bottle and takeaway containers every day.  Kitchen tools and equipment will be provided.  Please let the instructor know of any food allergies.
