Course Description

RITE: Customer Service with Aloha discusses keys to excellent customer service. Practice a simple five-step method for handling customer complaints. In addition, explore the meaning of service, hospitality, courtesy, and aloha. Learn ways to make the shopping experience enjoyable. Includes tips on serving Hawai`i's international customers.
