Course Description

Are you tired of being tired?

Are your New Year's resolutions starting to fade away and you are not sure why?

Are you looking for ways to accomplish more in each day?

Then this course is for you! During the three class sessions you will learn the secrets to gaining maximum strength and stamina based on your food choices. Regardless of how good-or bad-you think your current nutrition status is, you will be light years ahead at the conclusion of this course. The three class sessions will focus on:

  • The keys to fabulous nutrition!
  • The role of your digestive health in award winning performance!
  • How to maximize your mood with food!

 

Learner Outcomes

  1. Understand the major properties of the digestive system
  2. Explain how food and the digestive system impacts mood, sleep, and hormones
  3. Discuss how to utilize food and natural supplements to find the ideal body weight
  4. Learn how to be their own in-house nutritionist through self-health assessments.
