Course Description

This course explores the process of human communication. In a "back-to basics" approach, topics will include defining communication, the importance of communication, models of communication and determining what makes communication effective.

Learner Outcomes

1. Participants will be able to define human communication, its process and its importance.
2. Participants will be able to identify what makes communication effective.
