Course Description

The Ignite Dinner Series will showcase an extraordinary evening of cuisine, bourbon, and conversation, hosted by acclaimed guest chef Edward Lee, from Louisville, Kentucky.   The Dinner Under the Stars will be held on the lawn of the Culinary Institute of the Pacific at the foot of Diamond Head.  Guests will enjoy a unique 5-course dinner menu with paired wines selected by Master Sommelier Patrick Okubo. There will also be live music and maybe a few more surprises!

Learner Outcomes

Participants will learn about modern Southern cuisine and Southern/Asian fusion cuisine.
