Graphic Design for Business: From Print to Web

This class will provide an overview of the basics of design and terminology that are used in the graphical world and how those skills can be transferred into practical and handy small business operations. For example, using graphic design elements to create banners, flyers, logos, business cards, t-shirts, and images for web site and social media platforms.  

Course Outline

This class will provide an overview of graphic design and how those skills can be utilized in small business operations. This includes using graphic design to create banners, flyers, logos, business cards, and t-shirts; as well as images for web site and social media platforms.

Technology Requirements (ie. Need computer, web browser, etc.)

Notes

Prerequisites:

1) Accessible computer with high-speed internet connection.
2) Must be able to connect to class meetings through Zoom.
3) Access to updated web browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.
