Course Description

Reinforce the values of your organization through activities designed to enhance respect, promote positive communication skills, and the ability to work closely together as a team to solve problems and deal with change. Learn skills to unite a group around a common goal to empower the team to be more effective and generate greater productivity. Come dressed comfortably and be ready to engage in some fun, learn something new, and experience a new team spirit in this experiential workshop.

Learner Outcomes

Participants will 1)become aware of their communication skills when faced with a team problem to resolve; 2) identify behaviors to modify in order to become a more effective communicator; 3) experience the characteristics of an effective team --a sense of accomplishment, a sense of belonging, and a sense of contribution; 4) understand the importance of organizational values and be able to identify their own values that are in alignment to the organization.
