Course Description

Offers an overview of the fundamentals of computer science emphasizing problem solving, algorithm development, implementation, and debugging/testing using an object-oriented programming language.

Notes

Enrollment in this course through EDvance is a non-credit option, however, course is available for credit. In order to receive college credit, participants must inform instructor at the beginning of the course and successfully complete course with a "C" or better.

Due to a limited number of non-credit seats available and enrollment priority given to traditional credit students, if course becomes over-enrolled, you may have to be removed from the course and refunded.

Prerequisites

Successful completion of Digital Tools for the Information World (ICS 101) or equivalent experience.
