Course Description

Participants of this class will learn how to properly prepare and cook a variety of poultry dishes.

Learner Outcomes

1. Students will have a basic understanding of how to properly handle and fabricate various varieties of poultry.
2. Students will have a basic understanding of how to properly cook poultry dishes utilizing roasting and frying techniques.
