Participants of this class will learn how to prepare different cuts of Beef utilizing Braising and Stewing techniques.

Learner Outcomes

1. Students will have a basic understanding of how to properly handle, fabricate and prepare various cuts of Beef.
2. Students will have a basic understanding of how to properly cook Beef dishes utilizing Braising and Stewing techniques.
