Course Description

Participants of this class will learn how to cook a variety of vegetarian dishes focusing on utilizing the Sauté cooking method.

Learner Outcomes

1. Students will have a basic understanding of how to properly handle and prepare various varieties of leafy, root and squash vegetables.

2. Students will have a basic understanding of how to properly cook vegetarian dishes utilizing the Sauté technique.
