Section Notes

What to Bring:

  • All students will be required to wear long pants, covered shoes, and a shirt that covers your shoulders. Optionally, you can bring an apron to wear if you have one.
  • All knives and tools will be provided, however, you can bring your own knives to work with if you like.
  • All supplies are provided in this class, and "lunch" will be made from what is produced in class.
  • We recommend all students bring a filled water bottle as our retail operation that sells beverages will be closed.
