Course Description

This course will cover different styles of puff pastry and the many products you can make with the dough. Learn easy to replicate methods and techniques to create the most buttery, flaky pastry dough imaginable! Participants will get to make dough, practice laminating and rolling the dough, and make a variety of sweet and savory applications.

Section Notes

What to Bring:

  • All students will be required to wear long pants, covered shoes, and a shirt that covers your shoulders. Optionally, you can bring an apron to wear if you have one.
  • All knives and tools will be provided, however, you can bring your own knives to work with if you like.
  • All supplies are provided in this class.
  • We recommend all students bring a filled water bottle as our retail operation that sells beverages will be closed.
