CULN5240 - Juice HACCP Certification Course (Hawaii resident)
Course Description
The Juice HACCP Certification Course provides FDA-recognized training for juice processors, food manufacturers, quality assurance personnel, and technical staff involved in the production of fruit and vegetable juices.
This two-day course covers the principles of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems as applied to juice processing, including hazard analysis, critical control points, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, verification, recordkeeping, sanitation, and regulatory requirements. Through instructor-led lectures and interactive breakout exercises, participants gain practical experience developing a Juice HACCP plan.
Participants who successfully complete the required coursework will receive a Juice HACCP Certificate recognized by FDA.
