Course Description

 PIYO combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga. A total-body fitness system, Piyo links together dynamic, constantly flowing exercises to increase your heart rate, burn calories and make you sweat. The class is considered high energy, low-impact, challenging, and moves at a quick pace, with some standing to floor movements. Piyo engages every muscle during a true fat-burning workout.
