Pastry Perfection 101

Indulge your love of light, creamy pastries in this irresistible hands-on baking class! You’ll learn how to create delicate, airy cream puffs from scratch using classic pâte à choux, filled with silky pastry cream and topped with luscious, cloud-like Chantilly cream.

We’ll continue the decadence with smooth, rich chocolate ganache tarts crowned with whipped cream, a fresh fruit tart, and buttery shortbread cookies. Every recipe is designed to highlight that perfect balance of light texture and creamy indulgence. Lunch will be provided and you will be able to take home all the sweet treats you create!

This is an adults only class.
Standard dress code applies. As a safety precaution students should wear non-slip covered shoes and long pants. Students may bring personal items, including an apron, a kitchen towel, and food containers.

Seating is limited. Enrollment will close on or before May 14.
