ENR3168 - Floral Wedding Design I
Course Description
Using fresh flowers and foliage, students will be exposed to a variety of techniques used to create specific wedding bouquets, centerpieces, and body flowers. The students will also learn what to look for, how to distinguish fresh products when purchasing and the care and handling of fresh products.Learner Outcomes
By the end of the course, students will be able to:
- Identify and distinguish fresh products to create wedding bouquets, centerpieces, and body flowers
- Describe different techniques to create wedding bouquets, centerpieces, and body flowers
Notes
This course will require students to purchase materials for the hands-on activities. A list of the materials to be purchased will be provided at the first day of the course.
