Course Description

Join our awesome and fun fitness instructors as they introduce you to R.I.P.P.E.D; Resistance, Intervals, Power, Polymetrics, Endurance and Diet. This one-hour activity uses aerobic components for a cardio workout for your entire body. Classes are scheduled 5:30PM-6:30PM Wednesday evenings each month. Students adjust to their own level of comfort and fitness. Bring your personal fitness mat, towel, bottled water, and light weights.
