Participants of this class will learn the fundamental preparations of baked goods such as cookies and quick breads

Learner Outcomes

1. Students will understand basic concepts of baking as applied to cookies and quick-breads.

2. Students will have a basic understanding of how to use tools of the trade such as: stand mixers and convection ovens.
