Course Description

Participants of this class will learn how to work with and cook a variety of pork cuts utilizing grilling and broiling techniques.

Learner Outcomes

1. Students will have a basic understanding of how to properly handle, fabricate and prepare various cuts of pork.
2. Students will have a basic understanding of how to properly cook pork dishes utilizing Grilling and Broiling techniques.
