Hawaii Community College
Refund Policy: You are entitled to a full refund for complete withdrawal if made 5 business days prior to the first day of instruction. Thereafter refunds will not be allowed.
Intensive English Program Refund Policy: All fees are non-refundable.
Honolulu Community College
Refund Policy: 100% Refund of tuition for complete withdrawals made three business days prior to the first day of instruction.
Kapiolani Community College
A 100% refund will be issued if you cancel your registration ten business days or more before the start of class. A 50% refund will be issued if you cancel your registration five to nine business days before the start of class. No refunds will be given with less than five business days’ notice. Call the Office of Continuing Education Registration office at 734-9211 for refund information.
Kauai Community College
100% tuition refund will be provided for withdrawal requests received at least five (5) business days during regular office hours, prior to the first class meeting day.
Failure to attend class or notifying the instructor of intent to withdraw does not constitute an official withdrawal from the course.
Agencies submitting purchase orders for student registration fees will be billed regardless of attendance, unless notification of withdrawal is made by the at least five (5) business days prior to the start of the event, program, or course during regular office hours (Note: Only Monday-Friday, not weekends or holidays).
Refunds requests can be made by phone, fax, email, or postal mail (postmarked date will be used). Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for cash and check payment refunds to be processed.
Leeward Community College
A withdrawal/refund will be permitted if the request is made at least five (5) business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) prior to the start of the event, program, or course during regular office hours. Refund requests must be made in person or by writing to OCEWD (received in office by the refund deadline). Faxed or mailed withdrawal requests must include the student’s signature. Failure to attend class or notifying your instructor of your intent to withdraw does not constitute an official withdrawal from the course. Agencies submitting purchase orders for student registration fees will be billed regardless of attendance, unless notification of withdrawal is made by the specified refund deadline.
Refunds for check and cash payments are processed within eight (8) to ten (10) weeks. Refunds for charge payments are credited to the account originally charged.
Maui Community College
A Full refund will be given when you request to withdraw at least 5 business days prior to the class start date. No refunds will be given within 5 business days of the course start date. If your course is cancelled, you will receive a full refund or be given the option to apply the fee towards another course. Please allow 6-8 weeks for a refund if paying by cash or check.

Exceptions may be granted with approval from the Director of CCE.
