Course Description

Professional Culinary Instructors will guide you through recipes and techniques to make delicious, beautiful pies and tarts, including savory pies, and galettes (open face, free form tarts). Menus and recipes are subject to change without notice depending on availability.

Notes

Participants will take home their goodies, as well as a reciipes. For safety and sanitation reasons, we ask that students wear closed-toed, slip resistant shoes, and have long hair tied back. Bring an apron to wear if you would like.
