Course Description

Did you know that St. Valentine (San Valentino) was born in Italy? Learn how to prepare an elegant menu that can include specialties such as: Beet Spaghetti with Pistachio Pesto, Goat Cheese Truffles, Sweet and Sour Bell Pepper with Heart-shaped Milk Panini, and Hibiscus Pannacotta with Homemade Marshmallow Fluff Brulee. Bonus: Suggested wine pairings are also discussed for each course. Menus and recipes are subject to change without notice depending on availability.

Rosa Mariotti was born and raised in Umbria, a region of Italy, and moved to Oregon in 1996. She graduated with degrees in Hospitality Management / Culinary and Baking and Pastry from Lane Community College in Oregon, where she also taught Italian cooking since 2010. Rosa is passionate about cooking, teaching and sharing her family recipes so that people can taste what she tasted growing up Italian.
