Course Description

This course will prepare you for inspection or visit by the Department of Health. The knowledge, tools, and techniques will prepare you to be compliant at all times.

Learner Outcomes

Upon completion of this course, the student is able to:
1. comprehend and use the essential tools and techniques to pass the care home inspection.
2. use strategies to be complaint with Department of Health requirements for Care Homes.
3. maintain compliance with rules and regulations for operating care homes at all times.

This is an in-person course to be held from 01/19/2026-03/25/2026, every Monday & Wednesday (6:00pm-8:00pm). Independent studying of one hour twice a week is mandatory.
