Course Description

This non-credit section of Voice Class introduces beginning vocal techniques in a supportive setting for community members and non-students. Over eight weeks, participants will explore vocal anatomy, breathing, tone production, diction, and basic interpretation. No prior experience is necessary. The session concludes with a recital to showcase progress.

Course Outline

Objectives:

  • Develop healthy posture, breath support, and tone
  • Learn basic diction and expressive techniques
  • Build confidence in solo and small-group singing
