This class will benefit front line staff, and representatives, and will deliver the following learning objectives interactively: Define “Customer Service” Identify the difference between internal and external customers Explore techniques for delivering excellent customer service. Examine the impact of unsatisfactory customer service Share techniques for helping customers with complaints. Greeting customers. Phone etiquette (this is a must for some). Identify ways to communicate effectively and respectfully with customers, and co-workers.
