Explore your core beliefs and learn rational, self-counseling skills to get more out of life, work and your relationships. Learn how to identify and change limiting beliefs that block your goals or lead to unwanted behaviors or habits using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Your preferred learning style or styles--visual, auditory and/or kinesthetic-- will be assessed and strengthened in order to help you move to your next level of change. CEUs are available.
