Course Description

Course Title: "Sunny with a chance of Meatballs and Meatlloaf"

Do you want sauces to go with your noodles? We have you covered!

From north to south of Italy here are some of our all time favorites:

Appetizers:

Tuna and Potato Meatloaf cooked with a Sous Vide technique with a pink sauce (my aunt's recipe)

Beer Meatballs and Focaccia / Salad.

Main:

Ricotta Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
Pini e Passa: Currants and Pinenut Meatballs from Sicily both served with Pasta.

This class is PARTIAL PARTICIPATION.

We will discuss the pairing of food with red wines from Sicily and Central Italy.
