Course Description

Beginning Combat: Train in beginning techniques of unarmed theatrical combat, broadsword, rapier & dagger, single rapier, smallsword and quarterstaff.

Intermediate Combat: Learn advanced theatrical techniques in contemporary theatrical combat including broadsword, rapier & dagger, single rapier, smallsword and quarterstaff.

Qualify to take the Level I or Level 2 Theatrical Combatant Skills Test provided by Dueling Arts International and earn an industry recognized credential.

Prerequisites

None for Beginning Combat.

For Intermediate Combat: Credit for THEA 131 and 132, or Credit for THEA 133 or Instructor approval.
