She’ll show you how to make crunchy, “dressed up” socca (French style chickpea pancakes) patties; crispy smashed potatoes with an avocado garlic aioli; a dilled carrot hummus; and time allowing, sesame tahini cookies, and ginger strawberry lemonade.
