Course Description

Whether you are preparing for an outdoor summer get together, a family buffet or a fancy homemade dinner, Chef Grant's recipes and ideas can be a real party favorite. Chef Grant is the Garde Manger instructor for KCC's culinary program and so he's got the knowledge and the skills to help you make some delicious, creative dishes. He will teach you how to make savory stuffed twizzle "cannoli"mini-stuffed chive crepes, his own "New Age" deviled eggs, and curried Ewa sweet corn samosas. Nice.

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and cooking techniques to produce home style dishes.
