Course Description

Summer is the right time for fresh and light sweet treats. Alyssa will teach you how to make several great summery treats for your friends and family that are good to eat and good for you! She’ll start with a demonstration of a luscious key lime avocado pie and coconut popsicles, then we’ll make a tangy cherry almond crisp, a dairy-free banana “crème” pie, and coconut lilikoi macarons with a chocolate drizzle. 

Learner Outcomes

Students will learn to interpret recipes and use standard kitchen tools and cooking techniques to produce home style dishes.
