Course Description

The Human Services Certificate of Competence prepares students for entry- and mid-level employment at a variety of settings including: group homes and halfway houses; correctional facilities; developmentally delayed, and community mental health centers; family, child and youth agencies; and alcohol, drug abuse, family violence, homelessness, and aging programs.
