Course Description

Demonstrate problem solving with customers in the context of a simulated experience. Gain and understand to the nature of the problem, working through ambiguity to determine the correct answer, and tactfully explaining the resolution of the situation to customers. Develop the ability to listen and record information received from customers in a timely fashion. Demonstrate the ability to listen to and record information received from customers accurately. Utilize appropriate skills and resources to guide patient through services in the healthcare setting.
