Course Description
By popular request and just in time for Chinese New Year's, Chef Grant will teach you how to make minute chicken on cake noodle, black pepper beef on chow funn, and pork chops with plum sauce.Learner Outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the students will be able to identify the difference between rice noodles and wheat-based noodles, they will be able to evaluate the differences between pre marination vs no marination and be able to identify the various soybean-based seasonings commonly used when cooking these noodles.Notes
Classroom Safety:
As a safety precaution, participants in all culinary classes are required to wear covered, non-slip shoes (e.g., athletic shoes) and comfortable long pants. Aprons or any other personal items may also be brought to class. The college will not be held responsible if such items are lost or stolen.
