Course Description
Chef Grant continues his popular Kaiseki series with a 6-course meal (sashimi dish, soup dish, rice dish, grilled dish, fried dish, simmered dish) featuring the bounty of Spring, it's all about Sakura, Strawberries, and bitter mountain greens!Learner Outcomes
Upon completion of this class, the students will be able to identify classic Japanese spring motifs and ingredients, they will be able to evaluate the different principles and processes have on spring ingredients.Notes
Classroom Safety:
As a safety precaution, participants in all culinary classes are required to wear covered, non-slip shoes (e.g., athletic shoes) and comfortable long pants. Aprons or any other personal items may also be brought to class. The college will not be held responsible if such items are lost or stolen.
