Course Description
Cheef Rob Vasquez returns to teach you how to make Sinigang na isda (sour fish-based stew), Arroz Caldo (chicken and rice porridge), and Pinakbet (oil free shallow boiled vegetables).Learner Outcomes
Upon completion of this course, students will be able to identify traditional Filipino ingredients and evaluate how the replacement ingredients affect the flavor and texture of using less sodium and sugar.Notes
Classroom Safety:
As a safety precaution, participants in all culinary classes are required to wear covered, non-slip shoes (e.g., athletic shoes) and comfortable long pants. Aprons or any other personal items may also be brought to class. The college will not be held responsible if such items are lost or stolen.
